Did Zappos communicate their security breach well?

Zappos seems to be up front about the issue, not trying to obscure the facts, nor point fingers. The one thing I have not yet seen is when the breach was detected, compared to when they started notifying customers.

Which certification would be the next logical step after Security+?

Certifications are 'nice to haves' in my book. While CISSP seems to be good at helping one find a job, it doesn't, in my opinion, provide any value to a security professional. Also, ISC2's maintenance fees for the CISSP seem exorbitant. I feel the same ... more
