What's my story?

Well, I'm a human resource and recruiting B2B software and services marketplace evangelist, entrepreneur, analyst, advisor, manager, marketer and writer.

This is what I love to do after nearly 25 years of leadership experience in various capacities including marketing, HR and recruiting, technology and higher education.

My extensive knowledge of business development, marketing, sales, public relations and social media best practices, and thorough understanding of the human resource and recruiting marketplace, has helped hundreds of B2B software and services companies grow their business. I've increased visibility, thought leadership and sales for most of the companies I've worked with and for.

Currently I'm the Chief Strategy Officer at HRmarketer.com, a HR B2B marketing software and services firm, as well as an independent HR B2B marketplace analyst. I'm also a business advisor to Staffback, a recruitment process outsourcing solutions firm and the co-founder of the TalentCulture "world of work" community that includes the highly popular weekly Twitter Chat #TChat and monthly #TChat Radio Show.

I've been a Top 25 Online Influencer in Leadership, Human Resources, Talent Management and Recruiting (via the HRExaminer and Traackr.com) as well as an HR Industry Top 100 Influencer (via industry analyst John Sumser). I've been a prolific "HR business" blogger since 2004, author of the HRmarketer.com eBook Conversation Starters – Social Media Marketing in the HR Marketplace, and I've authored multiple articles on marketing, business development, HR, recruiting and leadership. I speak at HR and recruiting industry events and I also moderate HR/recruiting/marketing related webinars and roundtables.

Lastly, I'm a proud father of two beautiful girls and write regularly about fatherhood, responsible parenting and domestic violence awareness and prevention.

So that's my story and I'm sticking to it. Right on.
