Kim Nicholson

Ms. Nicholson is President of NFocus Partners a management consulting firm. She has experience in the areas of brand development, sales leadership, strategic planning, general management and operations. Previously she was Group President of the Consumer Products Division of Chemtura Corporation. Ms. Nicholson managed the 900 employees in North America, Europe, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand with five dedicated manufacturing facilities. She also served as a change agen to re-structure division costs, improve margin and focus resources on the most profitable segments of the enterprise. Prior to that Ms. Nicholson was VP of Sales and Marketing at Nutra-Park a biotech firm specializing in plant growth regulators. Here, she developemd and executed the comprehensive sales and marketing plan for the lauch of the company's product portfolio and designed an innovative grower to grocer strategy. Before that, Ms. Nicholson was the Director of Global Supply Chain at BASF. In this position she managed project teams in Europe, North America and Latin America to optimize projects and products in the manufacturing and supply chain organization. Ms. Nicholson also served as National Sales Manager at BASF crop protection division. She also served in various sales and marketing roles at American Cyanamid, a speciatly chemical manufacturing firm.
