If you have the time only for one, and you are "able" to write and originate content, then chose blogging, and outsource social media engagement. You just cannot separate the two, it's not wise.

Yes, if you do have an IT and a Marketing team, that task can absolutely be managed by them.

....joking aside I do have anecdotal evidence that Q4 started very strong and I predict (if no extraordinary/catastrophic events occur) it will close as a strong one.

Yes, as I mentioned in my description, the images are on our website, publicly accessible. The issue of attachment/broken images is not across all platforms, but some.
