Lakshman Bulusu brings with him 20 years of experience and expertise in the technical management, supervision, mentoring, review, design and development of Oracle Database, Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence, and application development related projects encompassing major industry domains like Global Investment, Insurance, Media, Pharmaceutical, Telecom and Retail, for clients across U.S, Europe and Asia. He is well versed in the primary Oracle technologies through Oracle11g using SQL and PL/SQL; Oracle-related embedded programming, including design and development of Web applications, that are PL/SQL based, .NET based, Java based, Open source based (using Perl, PHP and AJAX) and C, C++ based; Oracle tools like Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler, Oracle Designer, Oracle Developer Suite, Oracle Warehouse Builder, ODI, etc. His design of Application Development Frameworks using PL/SQL, right from design to coding to testing to debugging to performance tuning to business intelligence, has been implemented in some major Fortune 500 clients in the US. He has also expertise in the Design, Development and Optimization of a Common Data Quality Framework using SQL Server 2008 & T-SQL, based on Summarization, Comparison, and Discrepancy Isolation across disparate multi-vendor large-scale databases. He has authored 6 books on Oracle and related technologies as well as 1 book on Open Source EDW/BI, 3 books of English Poetry, and around 50 educational/technical articles in various Journals/Magazines in the US and UK. He has also lectured at several National and international Oracle conferences; and has also taught IT/DB courses at NJ, NY State accredited Technical Institutes.
