My goal is to help streamline office document expenses while providing a personable level of service which I feel is rare in business today. I am quite involved with non profit groups and believe in giving back to my community through community service.

In most corporations the hardcopy infrastructure (the printers, copiers, fax machines and scanners) has until recent years been an area of the organization that has not received a lot of focus. This is truer for the printer infrastructure than for the copier.

As companies began developing strategies to improve their hardcopy environments, one thing became clear, it is very difficult to implement efficient, cost saving solutions and sustain the savings without a change in organizational policies and procedures around requesting, purchasing, paying for, maintaining for, and owning hardcopy assets.
