Leigh Drogen is the founder and CIO of Surfview Capital, a New York based investment management firm. Along with running Surfview Capital, Leigh is the co-founder and CEO of Estimize, a platform which enables social finance users to share their earnings and economic estimates and discover a more representative consensus. Estimize is First Call for the social media age.
Prior to founding Surfview Capital, Leigh served as an analyst and trader for Geller Capital Management, a White Plains, NY based investment manager. Leigh was also an early member of the team at StockTwits where he led development of the Chart.ly platform along with working on business development, community, media, and running the StockTwits Marketplace. He holds a B.A. in political science and economics with emphasis in war strategy from Hunter College in New York City.
When he’s not staring at those rectangular light boxes, Leigh enjoys playing hockey, cooking on the grill, and traveling the world in search of perfect waves.
