Do you tweet more or less than you did a year ago?

I spend more time on Twitter, LinkedIn and blogging. Not much on Facebook or other SM channels.
I'd like to hear from others as to what type of blogging content seems to be the most successful based on views and followers. more

Should businesses segment customer service based on customer capabilities?

I agree that a formal segmentation may not be needed, but some of the research that I've seen for insurance customers clearly shows that comunicating to the customer through his/her preferred channel is an important part of showing engagement and superior customer service. more
