Linda Galindo

Linda Galindo is a former radio news personality, turned author, educator, and highly sought after speaker and consultant who is an expert in the field of executive leadership and accountability. Over the past 20 years, she has worked with CEOs, surgeons, elected officials and the leadership of organizations including the Sundance Institute, Park City Municipal Corporation, Abbott and both large and small healthcare systems.

Galindo helps leaders realize their definition of success by applying a unique, dynamic, transformational approach to personal accountability which has left a lasting impression on thousands of people across the US and Canada. Galindo believes, “Until leaders and subsequently their followers collectively stop acting victimized by the unaccountable, and experience accountability in a relevant and useful way, believing ‘it starts with me’ – we are fooling ourselves as leaders and followers, about how our definition of success can be achieved."

Linda is a Faculty Member for The Governance Institute and The Institute for Management Studies. She currently serves as a National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) Center for the Public Trust board member.

She is the author of Way to Grow! Cultivating the Weeds, Daisies and Orchids in Your Organization published by Walk the Talk (2003). In 2009, Jossey-Bass/Wiley published her second book – The 85% Solution; How Personal Accountability Guarantees Success – No Nonsense, No Excuses.
