Liz Luya

I have over 10 years senior management experience and 20+ years in corporate life, working across many countries in Asia Pacific and Europe.

In 2009 after leaving a successful corporate career, I decided to set my own business Luya Associates.

I am a qualified coach with a focus on executives, women in business and business owners.

I also founded and run a career management business http://www.thecareerbusiness.com which provides services including cost-effective online outplacement for corporates, and career coaching for individuals. We also offer a great online coaching programme for individuals.

As a coach I have a passion for working alongside people to make a difference in their lives. whether at work or home. I focus particularly on corporate executives, women in business (or wanting to return to business) and coaching SME business owners on a variety of issues.

I have a real interest in supporting start-up business, and growth and change within organization. I have been involved with the launch, growth and downsizing of business in HK, London, Dehli, Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore, Brussels, and Vienna. In my business I work with an excellent network of associates, each a specialist in their field.

Throughout my career my focus has been on understanding business and delivering results or solutions that support where the business or an individual is focused.

I am based in Hong Kong where I see clients face to face. I also work with clients overseas either by phone, or through Skype and have great success working online with clients through a dedicated confidential site.
