Since 2000, my team and I have worked to successfully recruit more than 400 client-facing professionals to dynamic management roles for the providers, buyers and advisory organizations of the highly evolving industry of global business services (outsourcing, global sourcing, nearshoring, right sourcing). Based on our tremendous learnings in the global sourcing space, we have expanded our services to include training and consulting. Our workshops and solutions focus specifically on the unique complexities of client-facing, global liason characteristics and teaming demanded in successful sourcing relationships.
My passion and commitment to further the talent practices of businesses globally has resulted in the development of thought leadership initiatives across organizations and global locations including the following:
* Created the Virtual Global Workforce eLearning Track of the Human Capital Institute (HCI) - 2004
* Co-founded the Global Human Capital Executive Delegation with Allan Schweyer, President of HCI resulting in a tour of Indian businesses and universities - 2006
* Global Human Capital Chapter of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) - 2008
* Global Human Capital Forum of the IAOP, a one-day session of exchange and collaboration - 2008

Do you send your employees to out-of-house training seminars?
They absolutely can be dependent on the provider. Due diligence on the provider, the course(s) and specific trainer(s) can significantly minimize your risks.
