CONSULTANT AND COMPANY PROFILE
SuMa Partners, Ltd. consults in human resources, labor relations and employee communication. Its primary mission is to help you meet your business goals by assessing and resolving your workforce challenges.
SuMa Partners develops, manages and provides support to organizations involved in significant change including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, relocation, union organizing, growth and downsizing. We mentor less experienced personnel at companies too new or small to invest in full-time, highly experienced human resources professionals and educate our clients so they are more able to continue our processes on their own.
We offer clients two unique assessment tools. Hiring for Attitude”SM” uses structured interviews and integrates with your current selection tools to help determine whether a candidate will be a fit in your work environment based on their attitude about the workplace and workplace processes. Reality Audits”SM” help the employer learn what really goes on, how policies and practices are communicated and actually implemented, and how employees, supervisors and managers react and are affected.
