What sales tools are "must haves" for successful inside reps & how do they/you use them?

A sales process
A variety of scripts
A headset (wireless is really nice)
A call recorder (VOIP recording is ideal)
A good CRM system like Salesforce.com

Data accuracy is always an issue. With this understanding companies should look for applications that can provide data from multiple sources and can be used for sales intelligence vs. just sales data.
