To Bob's point: Employees say a manager "plays favorites." Of course they do - high performers get better rewards. (pay, recognition, projects, etc.)

Hi Ashley,
You're pretty small to be considering an HRIS - but....
For what you're looking for, Ultimate Pro, Kronos, Sage, and ADP Workforce Now are some of the big players.
You'll want a "SaaS" system - which all of these provide.

Two options: "traditional" where you buy and install the software (and frequently pay for updates) or "Software-as-a-service (SAAS), which is growing like crazy - you pay monthly for what you use - it is "clould computing" where the software resides on the vendors hardware. more
