My sales specialty is equipping a salesforce to land top accounts they've "never" done business with. It's common for clients to increase sales closing rates remarkably while adding millions in new sales in the first year. My highly-validated sales method, Salesonomics® has been used in numerous industries. In 2010 I began developing the Sales CRM as easy to use as Facebook called GoGetter™ (available in Beta summer 2011).
The best-seller "Wooing Customers Back" was my first book followed by the less popular (but still good) "The People Keeper." I've been fortunate that several major media like the Wall Street Journal, Fox News, Chicago Tribune, Drake Business Review and Sales & Marketing Mgm't have featured many of these ideas.
In addition to my consultancy practice, I've owned a talk radio station and a co. where we measured and analyzed tens of thousands of customer experiences for clients. I loved both businesses because I have a real drive to see increased results in sales and service for businesses.
