SmartPhone (Blackberry) when I'm out and about.
Skype or Landline when in home-office, depending on who I'm calling.

I can't say whether it's a trend yet, but I've seen vendors creating and adding tools, diagnostics and games to their offerings. Gamification is a buzzword for this it seems.

Dan, yes they should.
