The Key To Making Wellness Work On A Shoestring Budget

Thank you for posting this article. Employee wellness does not have to be expensive - give people a pedometer and encourage them to walk 10,000 steps a day (about 5 miles). Encourage friendly competition. There are plenty of good ideas.
