From a young age, I was exposed to different cultures, school systems, modes of interacting with cultures and needed to be able to adapt, whilst still maintaining my core values, in order to thrive in a new environment. Due to this ability, I am able to pick up on small details that might be overlooked because of a lack of international exposure, listen attentively in order to understand better what the person is actually saying instead of interpreting it. Lastly, thanks to my numerous relocations, I am creative, eager to meet new people, and try different approaches, in order to align the goals of the entire team with individual and organizational goals.
My Passion:
I love to first learn and deduce how successful national companies can expand their competitive advantage to new cultures, and then work with companies that are planning on doing so, achieve it in a new location.
