When it comes to standards and best practices in Sales Operations there are currently more questions than answers. I endeavor to tackle the hard questions head on. We must work together to establish universally accepted standards in the global field of Sales Operations.

I ensure the Sales organization gains visibility and understanding through their entire sales cycles and the processes that enable them. As a result, Executives and Sales Management can confidently employ Sales and Marketing strategies without risking a “hit and miss” approach.

My Sales Operations journey has taken me from global enterprises to high-growth start-ups. My mission is to:

1. Define core definitions and standards throughout the global field of Sales Operations.

2. Develop and establish world-class Sales Organizations.

3. Position Sales Organizations to continuously:

- Accelerate revenue growth.
- Lower cost of sales.
- Increase sales force motivation.
(therefore increasing productivity and retention)
