Besides have a background in law enforcement, I have been involved in purchasing or sales for the great amount of my career. I was involved in an automotive parts company (wholesale distributor) which purchased from companies such as SKF, Delphi, Mahle, Ford, and Federal-Mogul. Since leaving there, I have had the pleasure to work in merchant processing. My goal is not only to increase customer base, but also to have customers that are happy to have me as their salesperson. Many merchants never have the fees and contract fully explained to them – and a salesperson willing to explain it. Further, most never hear from the salesperson again after the signing of the application/initial setup. I follow-up every three months with the hope I will be able to assist my customer base with any questions before it becomes a real issue.
