Here are the important things you need to know about me.

I am now employed as the Social Media Community Manager for a Fortune 100 company headquartered in Lakeland Florida that sells a lot of groceries every day! I have been crazy about social media for the past five years, and putting them to work professionally for just as long. I am lucky enough to get to do the stuff I love at work every day.

Before I started doing social media, I did a fair amount of work in the human resources space, and managed to acquire something of a reputation as an early adopter of social media, and for being something of a “thinker” on issues related to human resources, labor relations, and social media. As a result, I have been fortunate tobe asked to speak and write about human resources and social media in a number of venues over the past few years.
