Will you replace your laptop with the new iPad?

Yes and No.
My wife, who use to use laptop for email and web browsing, replaced it with iPad and very happy with the choice.
In my development work, iPad is nearly useless and my laptop is the tool of the trade. more

How do you address the use of personal cell phones at work?

Breaks during the work day are for dealing with personal matters, including cell phones. This might work in some situations, although enforcement can be an issue. Outright banning cell phones just causes frustration - for everyone, including the managers! more
