Mitch Lieberman

Mitch is responsible for maintaining and expanding upon Sword Ciboodle’s North American marketing efforts, innovating customer service in the age of social as we all customer, analyst and partner engagement programs. Mitch is recognized by his peers as one of the world’s thought leaders in Social CRM and the impacts on Social Business. He is always on the forefront of ideas, strategies, and technologies.
