I have 22+ years exprience in the financial industry, having joined American Express in 1987 as a Credit Analyst. Switched to HR in 1995 and haven't looked back since. I am currently the Head of Human Capital at BMI Bank, having held similar posts in 3 other financial institutions.
My BA is from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, while my professional HR qualifications are from the CIPD in UK.

You can't policy this, facing reality is better than opposing it. If dating leads to marriage then make clear that they need to be in separate reporting lines so as to remove any potential abuse or fraud.
