After some time off on maternity leave, I've recently return to the workforce and I'm juggling full time work, being Mum to a toddler and developing my own website.

Prior to that I was part of a team leading HR Strategy in 45 hotels in 14 countries across South East & South West Asia. Having worked in 5 distinct hotel brands and a corporate office, I project managed the global research and implementation of IHG's global employer brand, selection and implementation of a global candidate management system and the development of a global careers website.

I'm immensely passionate about branding, service culture and how HR can contribute to communities through socially responsible HR practices.

In my wildest dreams someone would give me lots of money to set up vocational training schools across Asia that support street kids,people with a disability and women in need.
