Paul Bridle spends approximately 25% of his year carrying out research into effective organizations and the people that lead them, looking for the trends that will define the way we work in the future. He is an author of books and writes articles for magazines and journals around the world.

He is currently working on a series of documentaries which will bring examples of best practice case studies in a DVD format. He is also developing DVD case studies for organizations to explain concepts relevant to their workplace.
