Involved in the planning and installation of voice, and data networks with experience in Nortel and Avaya PBX‘s. Worked as a Digital Technician in BellSouth in Special Services, provisioning voice and data communications circuits. I have worked on carrier grade SONET fiber rings and multiplexers as well as Metropolitan Ethernet networks for IC service providers and end users.
I currently install Verint (Witness) call recording software on Red Hat servers and integrate it into Avaya Communication Manager Voice networks and customer IT networks.
I also sell Hosted Business Telephone solutions to small businesses through my company; Divergent.Biz. I specialize in PBX and Unified Communications for SMB's.
My academic back ground is in business and management (BS).
