Paul has a BSBA from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College. He is a Registered Corporate Coach and a Master Facilitator for Edge Learning Institute’s leadership, employee engagement, and diversity awareness processes. He is currently the firm’s practice leader for all leadership development and diversity/inclusion programs. As a published author and nationally recognized keynote speaker, Paul’s newsletter, On the Edge, is read by thousands of business leaders every month. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Cleveland and is an active member of both ASTD and SHRM. Prior to opening the EdgeOhio office in 1997, Paul was a Director of New Product Development for AlliedSignal Corporation.
