What's the difference between a 'job description' and a 'job ad'?
I respectfully disagree, Jim, with your idea that the job description should be rewritten to accommodate the limitations of the job respondents. The challenge of all corporations should be to find the right person for the job, not the other way around. That opposite course ... more
