An experienced customer services manager with over 10 years of delivering exceptional customer service, I understand how best to enhance the customers experience.
I have previously been responsible for the implementation of systems to improve the customer experience in businesses and have 1st Class analytical, design and problem solving skills.
I have worked in Facilities Management, particularly customer service and have developed a fully functional helpdesk from scratch including implementation of a CAFM system to manage all areas of Facilities Management and I managed the development of the system ready for expansion across the global business.
My previous experience in Audio Visual and with a back ground in IT gives me a good understanding of systems and how best to use them to enhance your business services
