Rachel Salley, SPHR

Rachel Salley possesses over 16 years of Strategic Human Resource and Organizational Development experience. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and has obtained her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute. In her career as an Organizational Development and Change Management Specialist, Rachel has developed and implemented many new employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity, morale, and strategic development for the achievement of organizational goals. Rachel is also highly versed in Strategic HR Integration and in assisting companies implement and measure effective HR programs.

In her spare time Rachel is very active in the Tampa Bay chapter of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources as the Vice President of Communications and Certification Committee Chair. Rachel is also an active member of HR Tampa and serves on its Board as the Co-Director for Workforce Readiness. Rachel is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and a Tampa Bay Workplace Issues Contributor for Examiner.com.
