Rachel Urquhart

Rachel Urquhart represents employers in labor and employment matters. She regularly litigates complex employment matters including injunctions to enforce restrictive covenants, ERISA benefits issues, and executive severance and bonus disputes. Rachel’s litigation practice also regularly encompasses the defense of discrimination charges and wage and hour litigation, including multi-plaintiff lawsuits and class actions.

While in law school, Rachel served a judicial externship with the Honorable Rebecca R. Pallmeyer of the District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Rachel has also served as the Executive Director of The Arc Kent County, a non-profit advocacy organization for individuals with developmental disabilities.
