Yes it is a good idea to accept all the invites ; simultaneously one should also try to approach and invite those who are thought leaders, and who are decision makers to promote our business.
It will not be right to restrict our contacts on Linkedin.

Unemployment is at 9.2%, so why are there still jobs that organizations cannot fill?

The first reason happens to be that the organizations today are willing to wait for the right candidate instead of making any compromises.

Though the vision and mission statements are made by the Board Members including CEO it is owned by each and one employee. It is essential that employees pretty well know the companies vision and mission of the company.
