Channel Identification: Have recognized 47 locations across India to open up multiple business partners. Target is to sign more then 75 partners across the region primarily for entire range of NEC and on case to case basis for Avaya and Nortel.

Wesley Clover is group holding company have more than 18 different portfolio companies apart from Mitel Networks, seeing the performance of Mitel in India Wesley Clover the group company decided to establish its office with more portfolios under its Indian branch. I was the first employee to be taken in Wesley Clover to look after and continue to work for Mitel Networks portfolio.

Started Mitel in India from scratch in Jan 2005, with no reference site and no distribution network. Till the time Wesley Clover came to India I successfully made more than 75 references and multiple dealers and distributors across India.

Prairie Fyre 6100 Series: Agents, Intelligent Queue, Skill based routing, Recording, Scheduling, Multimedia, Collaboration, Teleworking etc.

Scope of work:
• Business Development in India: Started from scratch to 100+ customers and multiple channels across India. Tied up with Service provider such as Airtel for low end IP solution.
• Channel Management: Signed and handling multiple dealers across India and Bangladesh. Responsibilities:
1. Periodic Sales review
2. Sales and technical training to their staff.
3. Assessment of the performance based on pre defined criteria.
4. Helping resellers and dealers to generate & close business.
• Handling of international accounts: Direct touch to the accounts like Regus Business Center, Intellivate, Danieli etc. Generate more revenues and role of relationship manager as well.
• Handling of key and large accounts:
• Marketing activities to give visibility of Mitel offerings to different verticals:
1. Road Show / Seminar: Had organized road show along with HP Procurve (global partner of Mitel)
2. Designed advertisement campaign in leading journal like Voice & Data.
3. E-mail Campaign
4. Took part in road shows with other L2 switch vendors like Force-10 as speaker from Mitel side.
5. Demonstrated Mitel products in different events like HP Procurve & Microsoft for interoperability and collaboration capability.
Achievements:
• Started business development in India for Mitel portfolio 4 years back from scratch.
• Started my account by selling 6110, 6120, 6140, 6160 apart from Call Logger (ASC) and 3300 MX to Vipul Laing O’Rourke a call center in Gurgaon, India.
• Signed up with Channel Partners in India. (E Tech solutions (extended arm of Telerex Communications – For pan India), Neo Source (For Karnatka, Tamil Nadu & Kerla), Texcel Infotech (Andhra Pradesh) and V Net corp (for Defense)).
• Presently on PAN India around 75+ employees are looking after Mitel sales & services.
• Opened offices in other cities too for total geographic coverage.
