Ray Nugent is the CEO and founder of Cloud Management pioneer Smartscale Systems, the leading Cloud Governance vendor. Prior to Smartscale Ray was in Senior Management at Cisco systems leading Systems Management engineering teams to drive explosive growth from less than a billion to over Thirty Five billion dollars in revenue. Prior to Cisco Ray lead the creation of the Internet Services Business line for Tandem subsidiary Ungermann-Bass. Prior to UB Ray led the migration of proprietary telecommunications management protocols to SNMP at ROLM Systems, growing the product line to $45 million in revenue.
