My professional career as a CRM Administrator began at HP Hood Dairy, where I had the opportunity to establish a new six-seat telemarketing department from the ground floor. I was involved in every aspect of the start-up, including work space configuration, hardware/software vendor selection, staff hiring and training, and system integration. I also developed and sustained a productive working relationship with Northeastern University Cooperative Education Program as a primary means of recruiting and hiring new student intern hires.
In my next role at Eagle Equipment, I successfully developed and integrated a new on-demand CRM application (Salesforce.com) to replace an outdated on-premise application. During my tenure I also integrated an E-Bay web retail sales channel that generated more than $300k in sales within the first twelve months.
After Eagle Equipment was sold to a competitor, I moved on to Invacare Supply Group where I partnered with IT members to develop and implement several useful enhancements to our SalesLogix CRM application.
In my last position at The Hilsinger Companies, I successfully developed and integrated Salesforce.com CRM with the company's Oracle eBusiness application and provided comprehensive system administration and support for twenty sales and marketing users in the US and UK.
