I have extensive business experience in the areas of commercial real estate sales & marketing, financing, general management and leasing. Over the years I have participated in positions that were very transactional, finish one transaction and move on to a new transaction, individual project and portfolio analysis, real estate workouts, and corporate survival situations. My work experience included companies in fields as diverse as international oil, life insurance, residential, and commercial real estate lending, development, and mortgage loan services. For the last few years I have been heavily involved in Tenant-Buyer Representation involving primarily office leasing, with limited Landlord representative experience.
