Ryan Phelan

Ryan Phelan is currently Vice President of Strategic Services with over 11 years of online marketing experience. Most recently, Ryan served as director of email marketing and acquisition at Sears Holdings, where he oversaw the email marketing efforts for their Sears and Kmart brands. In this position, he developed and implemented a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy for delivery of relevant messaging to new and existing customers. The approach relied on dynamic product and offer generation based on complex customer segmentation, online and offline behavioral information, and purchase propensity models.

Ryan has a lengthy track record of driving online revenue through the development of groundbreaking ideas. Prior to his tenure at Sears Holdings, Ryan managed the east coast professional services division at Responsys and was director of internet marketing and advertising at InfoUSA. He holds a B.A. in Psychology.
