Since 20 years I help companies and accountants to squeeze software and get the most. Since a decade I teach how to use free software available from the Internet to better organize the office workflow and get more free time. I wrote an ebook on the subject "Organized in a blink". It's amazing to discover how free software can improve your life! I was stunned when I realized that thanks to remote connections last year I drove less than 10.000 miles instead of 20.000 in 2007 (and 2000 were tourism travels).

I'd usually answer this question differently if the company was smaller. But since they are bigger, I might ask what they need to pay quicker as you prefer to not charge them a late fee. (not in those words, but that's the context.
