In 2004 while working on a minor HRIS project for the Royal Children's Hospital (Brisbane) I was approached by a manager & asked 'Can you handle blood and obnoxious people'? My answer was "YES" and I subsequently spent a wonderful year working within the Operating Room Suites with some amazing people! That was the commencement of my career as a Resource Planner.

I have completed Resource Planning engagements in multiple sectors incl. Agribusiness, Aviation, Community Services, Defence, Education, Engineering, Government, Health, Indigenous, IT, Manufacturing, Mining, Rail, Recruitment, Tourism and Transportation.

I have worked on assignments in Australia, Chile, USA, South Africa & Malaysia. Remote training conducted in Israel, Russia & the UK.

I manage the Regional Workforce Planning LI forum, represent the Wide Bay/Burnett region as a Regional Development Australia Board member, am a Focus.com Expert & am a member of the Workforce Planning Australia network. I write for several sites including HR.com and WPA which have then been rebroadcast by several online Human Capital magazines.

My specialties & interests focus on Resource Planning, Workforce Analytics, HCM Tech, Social Media & Regional Development.
