With over 17 years of experience in the technology industry, Shawn formed his own consulting practice in 2009, SHAWNYEAGER + CO. His firm delivers business development expertise and strategic alliances counsel to clients for whom technology platforms and partnerships are on the critical path to growth and increased revenue.

Shawn has worked with some of the most innovative and successful technology companies who are equally passionate about translating complex technologies into differentiated business value. He has held leadership positions at Varicent Software, Platform Computing, Avanade, Exodus Communications and Microsoft Corporation. A common thread amongst these companies is Shawn’s accomplished ability to provide exceptional business acumen to surpass revenue targets and build powerful strategic alliances.

Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Tennessee Technological University. He resides in Toronto where he is the President and board member of the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals, Canada, is a semi-professional drummer and dabbles in Aikido, a Japanese martial art.
