As a content strategist I help my clients align their business’ critical success factors to create a firm foundation from which they can develop and implement their e-commerce and social media plans.
I audit the business’ web presence and make suggestions on other types of content like: blogging, email, white papers, video marketing and newsletters. Keyword research is performed and the content is optimized for search engines.
After the content has been developed, I assist in the development of a social media plan. Social media tools are selected based on the type of business and the business goals. The social media campaign is then tested, analytics are reviewed and suggestions are made.
The goal is to provide clients with a firm business structure and clear, relevant, compelling and shareable content that helps them gain competitive advantage by building consumer loyalty and increasing conversions.
