* Provide legal counsel to California employers on all aspects of California and federal employment law and the employment relatiohship, including but not limited to employment applications and the hiring process, employee handbooks and other employment-related forms, independent contractors, overtime, meal and rest breaks, other wage and hour matters, confidential and proprietary or trade secret information, non-compete and/or non-solicitation, workplace investigations, leaves of absence, disability accommodation, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, rights of privacy, performance management, discipline and employee terminations/separations, as well as certain workplace safety and workers’ compensation matters (e.g, uninsured employers, claims for discrimination in violation of California Labor Code, Section 132a, for serious and willful employer violations in violation of California Labor Code, Sections 4553 and 4553.1, etc.)
* Conduct management and employee training (including supervisor sexual harassment training in compliance with California law AB 1825)
