If you Google my name you will find that many of my peers consider me an expert in revenue management, pricing, marketing, CRM and distribution.

I learned and created my expertise in these areas in the Travel industry and I am now applying these techniques to other industries. I was an economics advisor to a Sr US Senator who ran for President and understand and apply the economics of these disciplines across many industries.

I have pending US & Intl. patents on a new method of "Profit Optimization Strategy" that statistically predicts future behavior patterns for customers and suppliers. This is then used to integrate, coordinate and focus all of a companies efforts that touch the customers (marketing, pricing, CRM, distribution) or the suppliers (supply chain mgt) to assure that all of your efforts have the same focus and send a consistent message to customers based on their past and FUTURE value. Imagine being able to price or give appropriate service levels based on the future expected lifetime values of entities that you interact with.... Imagine assuring your customers did not get offers that they do not want or cannot redeem. Imagine true one to one marketing where you know what products they will probably want next, when they will want it and what to do to influence their behavior...

For almost 6 years I was Corporate VP Revenue Management & Distribution for Harrah's Entertainment award winning Relationship Marketing team and was involved in building their customer centric approach. Harrah's is known as one of the best customer centric marketing teams in the world.

I have chaired the largest conferences in the US, Europe and Asia on revenue management and distribution for the past 8 years. I have been on the Editorial Review Board of the international Journal of Revenue and Pricing Management since its inception 10 years ago. I am an Adjunct Professor at Lynn University teaching online course to international student in Laussanne, Switzerland. I wrote a revenue management seminar for the American Management Association.
