I have been fortunate to work on Various Technologies in Telecom and Networking across companies like Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco Systems & Hughes Software Solutions, which make me a professional to handle end to end solutions and debug issues smarter and faster.

My Key competencies include VoIP -SIP, IVR & Contact center Technologies & solutions (Specially all Genesys flavours), RTP, RTCP and Codecs Handling, IN solutions, PSTN -SS7 and associated signaling protocols, Wireless LAN Technologies, Media gateways configuration and Handling (specifically Cisco), Interoperability PSTN-VoIP, Automation tools for VoIP like Sipp, Hammer, Abacus.

What questions should I be asking my employees about their telecom needs?

Definitely some of the features which most of us would look for
* Outgoing calls facility to connect to external phones
* Voice mail box to attend to messages when not at desk

What are your opinions on Facebook adding a VOIP feature?

Pros:
* Definitely enormous users will welcome this
* There's no better way to network with friends more than a voice call
* Facebook will become the VoIP network with maximum possible users :)
