Consultant with the Human Resources Department. Managed, designed and developed MS Access based Performance Management System including Performance Evaluations, Organization Leadership Review Planning (OLRP), Retention Reporting, Associate Scorecard Reporting and Wage Reporting. Created a system for the field to use remotely on laptops for collection of Performance Management data. Managed the process for over 8000 associates each year.
