Consultant with the Human Resources Department. Managed, designed and developed MS Access based Performance Management System including Performance Evaluations, Organization Leadership Review Planning (OLRP), Retention Reporting, Associate Scorecard Reporting and Wage Reporting. Created a system for the field to use remotely on laptops for collection of Performance Management data. Managed the process for over 8000 associates each year.

Worked with OFIC (Ohio Foundation for Independent Colleges) to re-engineer systems such as Admissions, Registration, Financial Aid, Athletics, Business Office Functions (AR, AP, Billing) and Endowments. Mapped current processes and worked with teams to create more efficient systems and discover cost savings.

Systems analysis, development and implementation of financial and materials applications for manufacturing divisions of MASCO Corporation. Systems included IBM S/34, S/36 and Personal Computers.
