I am a hands-on Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with over 15 years of SEC Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting Advisory experience under U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
My professional passion is: "Solving big, complex accounting problems that result in saving time and money for your organizations."
I also help companies with their SEC reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS, Implementing Accounting Controls and Improving Business Processes.
I have structured numerous transactions by applying a wide variety of complex accounting issues between $0.1 million to $2 Billion and successfully obtained Big 4 audit approvals. The process of structuring transactions involves me to understand and conduct a detailed review of all the legal and other agreements, understand the big picture and business purpose, assess the accounting and business impact, applying the accounting rules, writing the white papers, suggest structuring alternatives to obtain Big 4 approvals and helping companies to disclose these transactions. The process of effective structuring the transactions requires me to have an ability to influence at all levels of the management and business partners in the other functional areas (i.e. Legal , Compliance and Finance teams), including the Big 4 auditors.

Will more and more people hangout online rather than offline in the future ?
I would think that more and more people will hangout online with more and more resources being made available. However, I will think that this is limited to either meeting new people with the safety of our homes, OR connecting with the people who are ... more
