Knowledgeable in developing software across many platforms, applications and environments including focusing for the past few years on SAAS, cloud computing (of all kinds) and virtualized environments. This includes providing solutions for these environments as well as exploiting them for software delivery.

Several years of experience working in and developing solutions for the system management (ITSM) space.

Architectural strengths are helping identify customer pain points and then designing technical solutions to meet those pain points.

Industry strengths are cloud, SAAS, ITIL and overall systems management while working in and developing solutions for those previously mentioned environments and disciplines. This includes solutions in end user experience, service level management (SLM), root cause and isolation analysis and impact analysis.

I have, for the past few years, also been involved in security solutions with a primary focus on Data Leak Prevention and Detection.

Technology strengths include working with the following: Interfaces of many kinds, including web services, Working in BSM environments (CMDBs especially), and solutions involving automation (ITPA, etc.). Languages include JAVA, Javascript, Perl, C++, C#

Developed new technologies in the Internet Information Intelligence spectrum, including new types of Internet search and determination technology

Earlier in my career, I developed several solutions in the low level network protocol space which includes payload compression, prioritization, redirecting and mirroring.
