I was Project manager for the implementation of a CRM for our Customer at Consultas (1'200 users, national and international solutions).
Responsible of an entire domain of applications (CRM - MIS), I've also been a CRM Consultant for customers.
After moving from Consultas to Edipresse, I endorse the responsability of analysing and building a new CRM environment for to entire company.
