Biography

Self-employed since she was 24, Tina is a 25 year+ entrepreneurial business leader with a broad range of experience in sales, marketing, and business operations. Her experience includes developing products from conception to marketplace satisfying all elements of a customer’s needs and requirements, as well as working with companies (start-ups and established alike) in setting up operational structures to meet stated organizational objectives.

She has been active in building, mentoring and developing staff and has developed and implemented several organizational policies and procedures to achieve success. Her unique sales ability has been instrumental in driving a $200,000 business to $7.5 million in revenue over an eight year period for an organization that was looking to grow and expand its business beyond its Canadian borders.

Tina has also been involved with various entertainment initiatives promoting various artists in her local community. She was instrumental in supporting their goals by working on their image, arranging musical direction, developing and executing tours to promote their talent and their cause, arrange media coverage (US and Canada), drive ticket sales, and was successful in securing a ‘first’ ever three week European tour for a local Canadian ‘Legend’ impersonator.

Tina holds a Diploma in Marketing from Humber College of Applied Arts and Technology where she graduated with distinction receiving the Sperry Vickers Honour Award for academic achievement. In her spare time, Tina is a volunteer for the Peel Youth Justice Committee and is committed to helping troubled youth in her local community.
